I would like to start by saying that I have never felt better
mentally or physically since I have started working with Adam.
I worked with him for sixteen weeks and have changed the way
I think about physical exercise and the way I will approach my
work out sessions, in the future.
Adam has explained visual training
along with talking me through each training session and throughout
the entire program so that I would understand why I was approaching
a certain exercise. This way I would get the best results from
each training session.
Adam would start each session sitting down and explaining
what we were going to do for that day/night session. He would
walk me through what muscle group we would be working and what
results we should strive for. At the end of each workout session
we would sit down again and he would reiterate what I need to
improve on or what he might change in the next session to improve
my form or change the amount of weight I was using.
I cannot say enough about his training and the program he
offers. Adam puts his heart and soul into each individual as
his clients mean a lot to him.
I wish everyone could work out with Adam and see the dedication
and determination he provides to help each individual achieve
his or her goal. I have never felt better than I do at this point
in my life and I owe it all to Adam. He has taught me how to
achieve physical and mental focus.
One other comment I want to add: I have a medical issue with
some cysts located internally that were painful... not life threatening,
but painful. My doctor told me that exercise could help with
the pain and help possibly with dissolving these cysts.
The program that Adam set up for me involved one night a week
working with him on a series of sets that were strictly focused
on the abs. In doing this, when I returned eleven weeks later
to the doctor, the ultrasound showed that the cysts were dissolving
on their own. I informed my doctor that I was working with a
trainer and had a program set up that incorporated exercises
strictly for the abs section of the body. He stated that this
definitely was an asset to my health issues and agreed that this
type of training had helped with the discomfort of the cysts.
I want to thank Adam for all he has taught me and I owe the
positive changes I have made in my life to his teachings.

Shelley Devane began working with me in March of 2003, looking
to improve her physique, with a focus on her midsection. A C-section
birthing of twins several years ago led to a distention of her
abdominals at the lower half -- an area, she was informed by
medical professionals, that would not be possible to tighten
up. (A quick look at the before and after pictures from the
side tell a different story...)
Through dietary strategy and brutally hard exercise (3 resistance
training sessions/week + interval cardio under my watch), Shelley
dropped 12 lbs. over 16 weeks while increasing her flexed arm
measurements by 1/8" -- adding some lean tissue as well
as dropping body fat. Other positive changes included a drop
of 1.5" and 2.5" respectively, at her belly button
and at the smallest abdominal circumference.
But more dramatic than the improvement in appearance were
the health benefits, both psychological and physical, as listed
in her comments. Her self-esteem has never been better (case
in point: taking her shirt off at the beach for the first time
in years!), and she values the improvements enough to continue
working under my guidance in a more tolerable, long-term manner.
